The ROLACC Geneva train the magistrates of the republic of tunisia to anti-corruption techniques (30.04.2018-03.05.2018). In accordance with the priority agenda set by its President, Dr. Ali Bin Fetais Al-Marri, Attorney General of the State of Qatar, the ROLACC anti-corruption center in Geneva receives from 30 April to 3 May 2018 a delegation of seventeen Tunisian magistrates. Recruited on the basis of the excellence of their service, coming from both the judiciary and the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Tunisia, magistrates assimilate and put into practice intensified anti-corruption techniques . Capitalizing on legal, geopolitical or economic approaches, Geneva's ROLACC anti-corruption training program includes seven interrelated modules : international judicial cooperation, corporate finance and corruption, national cooperation and product tracing, non-verbal communication ( synergology) during interrogations, role and functioning of financial intelligence units, corruption and financial markets, recovery of ill-gotten assets. Interdisciplinarity and applicability through the use of numerous case studies are at the heart of the priorities of this innovative and coherent program. Lasting four days in Geneva, in the heart of an international place (Office of the United Nations, International Organizations, NGOs), in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Tunisia, the Participants can count on the involvement of a high-level international faculty. This new action by the ROLACC center is fully and voluntarily part of the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal number 16 (peace, justice and institutions). Contacted directly by states, NGOs, international organizations and various anti-corruption actors, ROLACC Geneva will hold a second training session very soon. Members of the public prosecutor's office, international civil servants and civil society leaders will practice co-working and reflection for a few days to learn and strengthen their skills in detecting and prosecuting corruption. read more
