ROLACC Geneva is partnering with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana for the “South-Eastern European Anti-Corruption Academic Initiative” (SEE ACAD) study days.
In cooperation with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, ROLACC Geneva participates in and supports a global reflection on the challenges facing the South-Eastern European region in the fight against corruption, and more particularly on the means implemented to implement the UNCAC Convention (2003).
This three-day meeting, which will take place from 26 to 28 October 2018, will have as its programme (non-exhaustive list):
- An introduction to regional anti-corruption initiatives and policies;
- A presentation by UNODC of the means implemented to implement the UNCAC Convention;
- A discussion on the regional need for a “Master’s level” university programme entirely dedicated to anti-corruption.
This event also represents a unique opportunity for international anti-corruption actors to share and exchange on investigative and awareness-raising practices and techniques in the field.
